Things to note

  • The Short-stay Rental Apartment policy only provides cover for loss or damage to your apartment that is owned under company share, stratum or strata title. It does not cover common areas or anything that is not your apartment that should be insured by the body corporate or owners corporation insurance.
  • Short-stay rental Apartment does not cover damage caused by the host, the host's family, the owner, the owner's family or someone living with the host or owner in the property.
