There are a few reasons why your code might not be working…
It's expired: Most promo codes are valid for a certain period of time. If you are using one that is no longer active, it won't process. This information will normally be found in the terms and conditions.
It's invalid: First double check there isn't a simple typing error and if it is still not working, it's likely it doesn't exist.
You've already used that code on your account: You can only use each promo code once on your account.
